Just Herbs Rehydrant Face Wash Review

Getting back to work now, the product I’m going to review today is a face wash from Just Herbs it’s called Silksplash rehydrant face wash. As, I’ve mentioned in my previous post that I’ve been obsessed with anything au-naturale, this is another product from my au-naturale haul.?

For those of you who haven’t come across Just Herbs I’ll give you a brief about it:

Just Herbs is an Indian brand, they are a line of pure, bespoke, and Ayurvedic results-driven skincare made from certified organic and wild crafted ingredients collected from across India. Their products are SLS and paraben free.

My story❤:

My skin is oily and sensitive so I, tend to break out easily plus I, used to have a lot of black heads around the nose area, and none of the face washs helped me get rid of these, so I, was on a look for a product which helps me get rid of all these problems and at the same time doesn’t dry out my skin or isn’t too harsh on my sensitive skin, until I, came across Just Herbs.I, wasn’t skeptical about trying any of the products from this range because as the name suggests, it is totally natural plus it is paraben and sls free.?

Product details:

An ideal rehydrant foaming Ayurvedic cleanser with the natural goodness of neem, Chandan(sandal wood) and honey which gently removes the last traces of dust, grime and make-up residue, yet retaining the inherent moisture of the skin. While Sandal Wood is moisturising and anti-inflammatory, Calendula acts as natural antiseptic and antibacterial agent with sun radiation protective properties. Aloe Vera, Honey and Orange peel deeply moisturize leaving the skin with an amazing sense of freshness and a velvety sheen all day long.
• Especially suited for oily skin.
• Contains certified organic Neem and Aloe Vera.
• Free from petrochemicals, parabens, SLS/SLES PEG/PPG, Genetically modified ingredients(GMO) and other synthetic ingredients.

Ingredients:

Bitter Orange:

Bitter orange has been proved effective in treating numerous skin problems with its antiseptic, antibacterial and anti-fungal properties.
It also acts as a natural antiseptic and aids in clearing acne, cold sores, wounds, psoriasis, eczema and certain other skin problems due to excessive stagnation of oil.

Neem:

Neem has  anti-bacterial properties,it works wonders on your skin be it any skin problems, acne, black heads, white heads etc, look no further just include neem in your skin care regimen and get rid off all these problems.

Chandan/sandalwood:

Chandan is known for its heavenly fragrance, all leading skin care brands mostly include chandan in their products to give the products an au-naturale touch, chandan is known for its anti bacterial properties, it prevents skin infections and skin irritation, soothes the skin and also works on fine lines, thereby preventing skin ageing and leaves your skin soft, supple and glowing.

Other ingriedients:

Neem ext., Bitter orange peel, Aloevera leaf juice, Honey, Calendula ext., Cucumber ext., Chandan(sandalwood) ext. Other Ingredients:Aqua, Sandalwood hydrosol, Decyl Glucoside, Cocoamidopropyl Betain,Sodium cocoyl glutamate,Cocoglucoside /glyceryl oleate, Acrylates copolymer, Dicaprylyl ether lauryl alcohol, Soy lecithin,Vegetable Glycerine, Triethanolamine, Disodium EDTA, Potassium sorbate,Sodium benzoate, Natural preservative (Herbs-Essential oil complex), Citric acid (ph adjuster), Fragrance.Certified Organic ECOCERT approved (Natural ingredient from renewable resources).

This face wash comes in a clear plastic bottle, it has a white nozzle which let’s you spritz a couple of drops of this amazing product easily, it has a transparent cap which fits firmly on to the bottle ,well overall the packaging is simple and travel friendly.

Price:

INR 325 for 100 ml.

Shelf life:

3 years from packaging.(best use within 6 months from opening)

My take on this product:

I’m really glad  I,came across Just Herbs I’ve been an ardent fan of Just herbs, I’ve tried plenty of skin care products from this brand and it has never disappointed me and the Silksplash rehydrant face wash is one of the best products I’ve tried from this range, it’s the answer to all my skin problems, my acne and black heads are taken care of, and my skin feels really soft and supple post using this product.

It never dried out my skin though, using a moisturizer after using any face wash is necessary since they tend to rip off natural oils from the skin. This product is amazing it is mild on my skin and leaves my face glowing . It is  light brown in color and runny in texture and has an amazing fragrance with top notes of bitter orange,chandan. and honey.
This product is droolworthy , I’m totally obsessed with this product, this is my 3rd bottle so far,and I’ll definitely repurchase it once I’m done with this one.

Pros:

• Au-Naturale.
• Paraben and SLS free
• Amazing fragrance
• leaves your skin fresh and supple.
• Isn’t harsh on skin.
• Value for money.

Well, can’t find any cons in this one.

I’d conclude by saying that this product is definitely worth a try, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. Well , if  you haven’t included Just Herbs Silksplash Face wash in your skin care regimen its high time you do so.?
